Payment Options
La Parfumerie offers its customers several payment options. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable conducting business on the Internet. You may purchase items online by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Money orders/cashier's checks are also acceptable. We do not accept personal checks at this time.
If you prefer to phone in your order, call 1 (800) 510-1098, Monday through Friday, 10am-5pm PST.
If you would like to fax us your credit card order, please send it to 805-529-4084. You must include your name as it appears on the credit card, the card number, the card's expiration date, product IDs, and your daytime telephone number.

Cashier's Checks / Money Orders / International Money Orders
 Print an order form & mail payment.
Make sure to include the shipping charges in your total.

Send your payment and include a note of the product name and address you wish it to be sent to.
As soon as we get your payment your order will be processed.
Shipping / Handling
We ship our merchandise via UPS for orders within the US Mainland only. Orders to AK, HA, PR and P.O. Boxes, F.P.O. or A.P.O. addresses may ship at an extra cost via USPS Priority Mail. Normally orders are shipped within 3 to 4 business days. However if your product is on back order we will inform you by email.
"Delivery Confirmation" received from UPS or USPS for orders shipped completes the order and releases La Parfumerie from all liability.

International Orders
International orders will be sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) AIR MAIL.
Delivery Time may vary depending upon Destination Country.
CUSTOMERS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL IMPORT DUTIES.

Sales Tax
Sales tax on shipments to California will be collected at a rate of 8.25%. Sales tax will only be collected on the merchandise subtotal. This amount will be added to your merchandise total and will reflect on your credit card charge.
