Customer Support Chat is meant to be the easiest and fastest way for you to get in touch with a support representative. However, if you've never used chat before, it can be a little daunting. Here are a few quick pointers to get you started:
1) When the pop-up appears, click "Yes" to allow our secure La Parfumerie chat room to load.
Once you click "Yes", installation may take up to thirty seconds.
2) To begin chatting, simply type your message in the white area below the grey message area and press "enter" to send.
3) To get a list of all of the chat commands, simply type "/help" in the message box.
4) Because there may be quite a few people in the room at once, it is important to be patient while waiting for an answer. |
